This sounds like you might be using an old or developer build of the OS rafta. Can you give me a little more info as to what you did to restore?

Seems is that's an old OSes installed on your playbook.

Or you can fully re-installing with autoloader using this:

Turn Off your playbok, and just execute the file, and connect your playbook after you push power button from shut down state.

It's automate install process, if you have got BB desktop manager software installed and already connect your playbook to pc before.

When I wipe my Playbook, this is how it first comes back. Then it prompts for a software update. After the software update, all the apps are back.

Did you look in settings to see if there was a software update available?
