Hi,

I downloaded a file on Adobe Reader but would like to make another file with it to put on my screen to go directly to it when I open my playbook.

How do I take the file out?

clarification: you want to make the .pdf file a direct shortcut on your apps menu?

If you are looking to put a shortcut on your screen to a pdf saved on the Playbook, it cannot be done.

Something you can do is get a file manager.
I use AIR Browser, it's free.
You can open the file manager and tap on a file to open it in it's default program.

I keep PDFs that I refer to frequently in BOX.net and with the BOX.net app it is easy to find them and tapping on them opens them in adobe reader. Plus 50 gigs free for using the PB app.

Files & Folders is a great paid app for finding them and opening if they are on the playbook.
