With programs like Quick App Manager I can browse android programs that don't show up in the home screen (like email, clock and such) and I wanted to know if there was a way to add shortcuts to them on the home menu.

No, there's not a way to do that and still have the BlackBerry homescreen. It can however be done if you wish to use a Android launcher as your home screen but that's probably NOT exactly what you're looking for.

The (at least) one exception to the above is QSC Camcorder (free in app world), which allows you to launch the android Camera app directly from your desktop.
