If I get a Playbook and activate it here in the US and than send it to a friend in Spain can they change the registration of the owner. Is there any problems with activating the Playbook in Spain if i dont boot it up here in the US?

I bought my PB on ebay from USA and used it in UK. I also asked to UK RIM to repair my device for an issue on wifi/bluetooth and they replaced it with a new one. So, I don't see any issue with that.

To change the ID you DO NOT HAVE TO WIPE!

Go to the HELP ICON on home desktop
BLACKBERRY APP WORLD
Go to the bottom of the screen
"Update your Blackberry ID account information"
Click the link
Browser will open
Sign-in with your current ID then go to CHANGE options
After re-boot: both AppWorld and the PB will change to the new ID information
