Are you sure your exchange server has activesync running?

There is no way we can know your server name. You have to ask your IT people.

    What is my dog's name?

I'm having this problem using free Google apps, which does have active sync enabled (that is how I connect with my z10).

Since the bridges not functional, I need to add he email to my playbook....

    Any ideas?

Getting this as well today for Gmail. It's an older account and setup fine on my Z10. Super annoying.

    Has anyone solved this?

Purchased Q10 today. Have a paid google apps account (@mylastname.com). I keep getting the error: "Service for account (andrew@mylastname.com) is not available. Access should be available soon. [Error code: 403]"

Here are the settings right now:
    Domain: mylastname.com
    Username: andrew@mylastname.com
    Email address: andrew@mylastname.com
    Password: [password for that account]
    Server Address: m.google.com
    Port: 443
    SSL: On

Any help is very appreciated. Been looking for an answer for hours.

Odd since you're on a paid account. My issue was just that I'm on a free account and couldn't add more devices as EAS.

I just checked my Gmail account and when I initially set up up on my playbook I get seperately mail, calendar and contacts icons withing accounts. Mail server settings are

    Imap.gmail.com
    Port 993
    SSL

    And

    smtp.gmail.com
    Port 465
    SSL
