Because I was using Bridge to use my Playbook, my downloaded files showed up under "Bridge files" in Playbook, under Blackberry Torch/ Documents. I can only access them with the phone on since the files are actually stored on the phone's SD card.

I didn't realize that there are two different places that files can be stored on my phone, and also then another place in the Playbook.

What to do if there is an 'Unable to find default app' error when trying to download titles with a BlackBerry 10 device
If you're getting the error Unable to find default app when trying to download an eBook or audiobook on your BlackBerry 10 or PlayBook device, please make sure you're borrowing and downloading titles using the built-in browser in OverDrive Media Console (OMC). You can access OMC's built-in browser through the app's Get Books feature. If you navigate to your library's digital collection using your device's browser instead of the Get Books feature in OMC, eBook and audiobook downloads will not work.
