I checked and it says 32Gb for that price. Surprisingly, cheaper than the 16Gb.
I just ordered the 64GB version from them for that price - will probably order a second one as well... Free shipping on top of it all!
If you search the Rakuten.com site and click through using their "6 New and Refurbished" link, you will see this deal as the first one listed - through "FireMall." They are including a $10 online instant coupon as part of this deal to bring it down to $189.99. If you want to order more than one, you can, but you have to do them as individual purchases - you can't just bump up your quantity.
BTW - this is for a brand new, NOT Refurb, item.
