    so my pb charger went compleat bust,rang up rim they sent me back not 1 but 2 yes 2 rapid chargers and also an extra 90 day 'tech' support.

    ive gotta say rim is the best in the business in customer service, never dissapoints!

    lol, you got lucky. If your honest you would return the second charger.....
    however if I were in your situation, I wouldn't. Guess I'm not honest

    how long did it take to recieve the new chargers?.
    i am currently waiting for my replacment. RIM told me 5 days but ive read on a few
    other threads some people were left waiting 30 days?!.
