    yeah, but that was an update to the beta that was already out...the actual beta was announced by the lovely Ms. Haag early afternoon...so it could be anytime between now and the previously mentioned 23:59...EST, err... EDT...

    and, yes, they're probably all sitting around a monitor giggling as they refresh their browser locked into this thread....

    It's a beta, with just a few features added...this isn't something to get too hyped up about. And the features that some are hyped up about might not be in the beta....

    FYI, got confirmation from @BlackBerryDev that Vendor Portal made some changes since last night. You can no longer have Try and Buy for PlayBook apps. Also, free apps stay free and paid apps stay paid.

    Stability a lone for the updated android player is enough of a reason, and there will be more changes than that for sure...
