So RIM keeps saying the Playbook will be delivered in the 1st QTR of 2011. Today is the first day of the Last Month in the 1st QTR! I'm hoping it comes out this month, but will wait a bit longer to get it if need be. From the latest updates on the ipad2 or ipad 1.5 as it's being called by some, I'm even more encouraged to wait for RIM to deliver!

Now if I could only get an updated full screen BB for my Storm2!

I'm hoping that the delay in all the official announcements from RIM has to do with waiting to see what Apple shows on March 2nd.

Although the iPad2 seems to be a somewhat minor upgrade (at least from rumours), it won't stop the millions from going to purchase one. You have to remember that Apple products retain value quite well when selling 2nd hand, so Apple products will always sell.

Anyways, can't wait for the PlayBook!

personally thats great news, i take it youve seen the videos (from months back) of the iPad getting its a$$ kicked by the PB browser! if thats only an alpha build then thats great news.

I've gone from patiently waiting to 'need it now' to forget it, I'm getting an iPad, back to patiently waiting. If it does get released by March 31st then I will be very happy.
