Has anyone done business with this company named N1 Wireless? They seem to have the 16 GB models on sale for $139.00.

The site says open box. I would go for the refurbished at best buy for the same price and free shipping.

I tried to buy one of these at n1wireless. I received email that my credit card was approved and the purchase went through but that the card wouldn't be charged until shipped. The next day I received another email that the item was on back order and would be shipped in 1-5 days. That seemed strange since it was open box. I emailed them twice, phoned them several times with no answer (voice mail was full), and after several days used their online support form and faxed them to cancel the order so I could purchase it elsewhere (Geeks.com). I finally got an email response that gave several possibilities for why the sale hadn't gone through, one of which mentioned not being able to ship internationally. If n1wireless is a Canadian company, that might have been the problem because I'm in the US.
Doesn't come with charger.
Mines came with a charger...

My friend got one of these open box/refurbs from BestBuy and it came with a charger and everything like new, could not tell it had been used at all and he had 30 days to return it for any reason, no questions asked, but he kept it and still loves it.
Good to know about the charger. Didn't see it listed and one of the comments said didn't get one.
Yeah, I certainly cannot guarantee that you get a charger with all of them, but even if not, you should get a magnetic charger either way, so much better than the usb charger. You could always return it if a charger is not included in the box I suppose. Maybe do an "in-store" pickup if possible. BTW you can use some BB phone chargers to charge the PB as well, just maybe not as fast. Good luck and enjoy! :)
