    it downloaded in less than 30 minutes, reinstaled itself and before I could finish my coffee it was good to go. Haven't had time to see what has changed but it is working fine fine fine. I transferred a whole load of audio and video files (mostly 320kbps mp3's and 1080p mp4's for some entertain for a camping weekend.
