I have version 4.3.0.97 and for ssome reason if someone sends a word document or any other office document the attatchment wont show up to open it ,any suggestions?

You need to be running OS 4.5x and have Docs 2 Go installed...that should solve your problem. Your OS doesn't support editing word documents.

thats not true,i was able to open them all up untill last week with out any difficulty

The OP isnt talking about editing. The question is about viewing documents.

Thought so Btw, does this happen only for some senders? If the email originates from outlook its a .dat file which cannot be opened on the BB. Just a thought...
