The phone turn on only to the white screen with the little loading clock red light always flashing randomly desktop manager will kinda pick it up but wont let ne options change then say upgrade press it till it gets to reconnecting to jvm then error comes up but iv tried everything please help iv done the os program thing research in motion wont find the jvm please help????????????
I shall assume you have already installed the 4.6.0.308 phone OS on your computer as described in the topmost thread. Instead of using Desktop Manager to install the OS on your phone, use the App Loader via a command window as described here:
