I charged my pearl 8100 last night and it was on when i charged it, and woke up and it was off, has a steady green light on sometimes and won't turn on.
a friend just said they tried to text me and it got sent back.
Help!
Doesn't make sense that a text bounced back though - even if your bb is off, wouldn't the network save it and send it once it's back on? i.e. wouldn't it be similar to someone calling you when your phone was off/no signal, leaving you a message and having the system deliver it once your phone was back on/got back within signal range?
Do you live in a humid climate, or do you always keep it in your pocket where it may get and stay humid? That causes some strange issues. The green light stays on if you keep it plugged in after it's fully charged with the phone off. Did you do the old battery pull and put it back in trick yet?
