I am running Desktop manager 4.2.2
When i go to my Sync options I am getting:
"Your blackberry enterprise server does not support wireless message reconciliation"
Does this mean it will only sync when it is in the cradle?
Any Mod or hacks t Fix this or what needs to be done to enable wireless reconcile?

Are you on BES or BIS?
I'm guessing you are on BIS, but you setup DM incorrectly.

I only installed the Black Berry Desktop Manager 4.2
it will reconcile the messages when I hook up the USB cable.
But when I wireless it does not.
And when i goto my email options it does not show "Wireless Reconcile" on the device.
I know BES == Blackberry Enterprise Server
Does BIS == Blackberry internet Service??
I was trying to have this sync with my outlook.
Just adding this as standard pop3/imap really won't do anything since my outlook is always open

Maybe the 'service' stopped at some stage.

I guess... I grabbed the soft reset JAD and I guess I will reset in the morning if I don't have any emails.
It sends everything down after a reset, so Not a huge deal.
But it should just "work" you know what I mean?
Now I am still trying to figure out my A2DP situation... But thats another story and another post.
