I upgraded to 4.5 recently, and before I did the upgrade this god damn trooper typing got onto my phone, and from what I've read there is no way to get rid of it, and when I upgraded from 4.3 to 4.5 I spaced it and forgot to wipe my handheld, so i was wondering if I should reinstall 4.5 again because trooper typing is still there.
Also I was wondering if I did wipe my handheld, would I gain any memory from it? I was at 28mb, and now I'm at 27mb
Wiping your phone is almost always unnecessary when updating
the OS.
As to the Typing Trooper icon, it is pushed via service
books so there is no way to delete it. Hide the icon. It is not an
actual app, just an icon that facilitates installing the app.
