I am going to be selling my 8130 and want all of my personal data off of there. I wiped the device two times, yet I still receive incoming message from my personal email account (non-BB). I cannot respond and receive the message "no message services are configured". Why do I still receive emails though??

That is odd! Log into the BIS web site and delete the accounts there.
