    I will be traveling to London soon, and am wondering if my BB will work overseas. I have a basic data and talk plan, with no "add on" for overseas use (if that is even available).

    I just want to know what to expect when I land. Any help is appreciated!

    i work for verizon and i can tell you your bb wont work in europe. the only vzw bb that will is the 8830

    soo, i am going to Greece this summer for 2 weeks...and I have an 8830...I have to call and tell Verizon right?

    No BB except the world edition will work on Verizon... If you have a GSM carrier like T mobile, then it will work
