When I receive a call and the number is stored in my phone, the name doesn't always appear when the call comes in, only the number does. This is so frustrating as when I look in the call list later, it will display the callers name. It just means that I don't know who is calling until I answer the call unless I recognise the number. Is there some setting that resolve this? Why does it only do this on some of my calls and not others.
Hi. open your call log, hit menu key and select options > general options > smart dialing. Enter your country code and national number length. This will solve your problem
Thanks very much. I've just gone in and my national number length was set to 10 and I've changed it to 16. Hopefully this may help. My country code was already set. Hope it works
