as what is in the manual. When I hit the menu button my only options are move, hide, show all, add folder, and switch applications. Why is that all I have?

what screen are you on when pressing the blackberry key, if your on the screen that shows all the apps and press the blackberry key than what your saying it shows is correct.

yes I am on the main screen but I want to be able to change ringtones, volume etc. How do I do that?

change ringtones go to profiles. and advanced and edit. and volume select the profiles icon and change the volume.
