I have the 8120 and cannot receive pictures, texted to me from other cell phones nor can I text (MMS) pictures from my phone to other phones. Any suggestions?
have you tried doing a quick powercycle? If that doesn't solve the problem, try sending a picture message to yourself, from yourself with a 1 in front of the number. Are you able to send/receive regular SMS?
My pictures are now working. I am wondering if it's just the signal on the phone at the time you send the picture. Have you tried sending pictures from different areas where you live?
I am able to send pictures now. I am wondering if it's the signal strength at the time the pictures are being sent. Have you tried to send from different areas where you live? I also found that my phone works better when I turn off the Wi-Fi and use my providers signal.
