I got a Pearl from my friend because she cant seem to fix it. She went to tmobile and they emailed her instructions of how to rewrite the software onto the phone with the program and the cable. I did that, and everything was successful, but it just shows a white screen when you turn it on, with or without a sim card. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
