like the status for someone "contact is unreachable" it has something next to their user name it looks like a phone? does that mean theyre on the phone?

i'm sure people have asked before but i just wanted to know

Could be there on the phone or their phone is off. Either way you can still message them and they'll get it when they're reachable

They could also be in an area where they get no signal

They can be away, and not answering the last message. Or they might be on the phone.
