I downloaded Bolt and went on to YouTube to watch some videos. When I click play for the video, after a few seconds it says " BOLT is transcoding the video you selected, please select Launch to play the video in the media player of your device." When I click Launch it tries to play the video but " The media being played is of an unsupported format."

Try using the regular BB browser, oh and make sure ur updated to os 4.5
