i just purchased a pearl of of ebay to hold me over because i'm probably returning my storm(just want the Niagara, storm is to buggy) and the there no browser app, and it needs a new trackball (but thats a differant problem).
it's an 8130.

how do i reset it so everything software and apps wise to be like new out of the box?

Download and install the original carriers OS package. Install that with the advanced options to erase all data and settings.

You will need to use a Windows computer and BlackBerry Desktop Manager software for the job.
