If you have a Pearl 8100 with a data plan on Tmobile I need your help. If you would please go to options>advanced>service books and see if you have a service book named AOL - BBIM [BBIM] and would be willing to email it to me. Let me know and I'll walk you through how to send it to me.

I don;t have that on my t-Mobile Pearl 8100 sorry!
Pltaylor, is this something that comes on your BB or can it be added on? I wanna help you out, since no one seems to have it.

On you phones browser go to mobile.blackberry.com and see if you can install AOL instant messenger. With out the AOL-[BBIM] service book I doubt you can. But if you are successful see if that installs the needed service book.
What I'm doing is, it's the 8100 service book that let's the Bold be used on T-mo, and the ones I have don't have the AOL instant messenger service book and some people would like to have that. I have tried to merge them but it overwrites the one I need for the browser.

**** it was free and I was given a free month of BB data, extra battery, and a 2gb SD card . Even gave me a new one 6 month later when I broke the USB port.
