So I've searched this and other threads and now I'm thoroughly confused. I had my little girl record a voice note and I'm trying to set it as my SMS alert for all SMS texts. It allows me to set it as my primary ring tone for my phone b/c when pulling up the options for phone ring tone it's visible. When I try all the other SMS, MMS, emails etc, it doesn't show it as an option. When I go to the browse options it's not displayed either.

Make a voice note on the phone save it In your ringtone folder... Go into profiles advanced profiles (for the one you have set) under sms find your voice note that you saved in ringtones and voila

Thanks for the quick responses. I had to delete the original file. Couldn't save it as ringtone. I'll try emailing it to myself and we'll go from there once I get home tonight.
