I'm in the process of getting my Blackberry set up on o2 (should be all live next Friday). The handset was originally with Vodafone. Will there be any problems registering it on o2's BIS?
I've already tried entering the IMEI and PIN into their BIS (to register in advance) and it says it's already registered to a different service provider.
Need to make sure it is an unlocked phone and not tied permantely to vodafone. Then you should contact o2 to provide them the phone specifics to add to your account. Hope this helps!
