Your phone saves a video in .3GP format. It plays in the Quicktime player if you so desire. My solution, since I already had the software, Replay Converter from Applian Technologies, is to convert it to more common formats. I have converted to .AVI and .WMV. Today I converted to .SWF Flash format and put that on my web page. Not free software but inexpensive and really works well.

If you want something free, and you have the ability to put your .3gp files on your computer, you should use Avidemux, available at Download.com . It converts everything to the exact. Audio and video sample and the container. Just be sure that when you click "save" and it asks you to put in a name, to put ".avi" or ".wmv" or ".mpg" at the end of it so that it saves in that format.
