Last night my 8130 battery was low so I plugged it in with the wall wart before going to bed. This morning the phone didn't charge and didn't show a connection. I tried plugging it in on the PC and there wasn't a connection. What's could be the problem?
I had a similar issue a few months back. Bad USB port. I had to swap out the phone with my provider, but was not able to save any of the information from the phone since that requires USB. Luckily I do daily backups, so I didn't lose much.
i had this same problem about a month ago! turned out, one of the little gold prongs in the charge port was missing. blackberry replaced my pearl for no charge! check your charge port-that could be the problem!
