USB Charges But No Storage Device (Snow Leopard)
Here are my device specifications:
MacBook Pro 13.3" Unibody (mid-2009)
Blackberry Pearl 8110
When I connect the BB via USB, it charges but does not show up as a storage device. It also does not show up in the BB Desktop Manager.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate installed on Bootcamp and I am having the same problem in that OS.
I have read a bunch of threads but have yet to find a fix. I have reinstalled the Mac Desktop Manager software with AND without the BB connected. Still no luck.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: USB Charges But No Storage Device (Snow Leopard)
I uninstalled Windows 7 and reinstalled XP SP3 on bootcamp and did the following: (from another post)
For Microsoft Windows versions 2000/XP
1.)On the Desktop, right-click My Computer and select Properties.
2.)Click the Hardware tab, then click Device Manager.
3.)Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
4.)Right-click the USB Root Hub and select Properties.
5.)Click the Power Management tab, and then remove the check from the
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" check box.
6.)Click OK.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each USB Root Hub listed in the Device Manager.
I am now able to see a mass storage device under xp sp3, but it says to insert disk when I click on it. I have tried formatting the memory card, but I do not have a converter for it to know if it will read in the pc.
Any ideas?
