hi there ,

i have a blackberry 8100, all of a sudden it has turned off an every time i put the battery in i get the red LED flashing, i have been researching about this problem and i tried to re install the os but i can't get the apploader to pick up the phone , every time i go to apploader i can't get it to change to USB:UNKNOWN, i have tried everything from taking the battery out ect and it is not happening, any ideas? would be very helpful if anyone could point me to the rite direction
