I am about to update the software on my Pearl. Before I want to complete the loading operation it comes up with a warning that says:
After completing the loading operation, you must activate your device wirelessly to continue to send and receive messages and use other Blackberry services.
That's normal. Basically its saying you might have to resend your service books to get your messages pushed to your phone. It is usually taken care of without you having to do anything

However if you do need to do thisand to see if you do just go into your service books options>advanced>service books and look in there to see if you have anything that says browser in the title and to resend them the easiest way to have them resent is to follow this options>advanced>host routing tables>menu>register
