Unsupported Format

I have a question, i have already downloaded like 6 ringtones off crackberry and they all turned out fine,and i found another one that i really liked. So i downloaded it to my Blackberry Pearl 8130 and it downloaded ok but when i tried to play it or use it as a ringtone it says>The Media being played is of and unsupported format?
What do I do about that?
Im new to my BB and i have no idead whatsoever how to get this to work and where to start to even solve this problem????

I'm having this same issue. I have 2 ringtones that I currently use from Crackberry and I just tried to get a Christmas one, but it's saying the "unsupported format" thing, too. I hope someone responds to this thread.
