I have an unread message indicator on my phone that is driving me crazy.

I have checked all of my individual mailboxes and have marked all prior messages read. I even deleted all of my mail in my mailboxes.

I have reason to believe that this is something along the lines of a incorrect reconciliation because it happened after I had marked the message as spam via webmail.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Go into EVERY folder and hit the U (for unread) button. check all folders including hidden ones, saved messages, missed call logged in message folder.

make sure yuo have no alerts such as weatherbug, facebook, bbm, aim, yahoo etc.

try a battery pull.

lol that might have been my problem but i just did a device wipe and os reload lol
