When I turn on my phone, I get this message:

What is that? Since I've been getting that message, I've been having problems with my multimedia messages. I've called AT&T about it many times, but every time I call, I get someone who knows nothing about it! I am SOO lost! Help!

no, Just the AT&T Communication Manager. I use my phone as a modem.

Have you tried a battery pull? With your phone on remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in.

I fixed it. I had to reinstall my os. I got on the rim website.
