My red LED (is that what its called, the light on the top) is on, and not blinking or anything, just on. How do I turn it off, is something wrong with it?

Pull your battery out from the back of your BB for about 30 secs and then put it back in, it should reset your BB fine.

You can also download SoftReset, which does the same thing as a battery pull without physically pulling out the battery. I tend to use the SoftReset program. I hate pulling out the battery...I'm always scared I'll ruin the connectors and I baby my BB anyway.
