I was wondering if there is a FREE software out there that would translate English to Korean, in a way that I can say the Korean word (without knowing how to read Korean). ALSO I do NOT have a DATA PLAN so I have NO INTERNET ACCESS. IS SUCH A PROGRAM AVAILABLE?
