i have installed the software on my computer that came with my blackberry and i have been trying to transfer songs to it but it will not connect at all i plug it up and it does nothing but charge it. my computer does not even recognize its connected in the connected device tray of the program im using that came with the blackberry. have even tried wmp it wont sync to it either. nothing will find it connected. i even tried to use my bluetooth on my computer it will connect to my blackberry but will not transfer songs to it. i dont know what the deal is can some one explain this to me?
I beleive you need to install the drivers for your phone on your computer. My comuter did this automatically when i connected it the first time, so i can't tell you how to do it manually. Hopefully someone can come along shortly and help. Or you could do a search on here for "Blackberry Pearl Drivers" and see what it yeilds.
