Hi,
My trackball won't work and I'm going nuts. I just bought another trackball, put it instead of the old one and still have the same problem.

What can be the problem?
I'm freaking out,

My first trackball that came with the phone was a piece and i went onto ebay and bought 2 new ones...the new one works perfectly.

Im not too sure what the problem is but if you tried a new one and it didnt work its probably an internal thing and maybe you need a new phone.

um can it be the chip is dirty or something? if yes what alcohol should I use? Surgical spirit?

maybe...I have never cleaned it before I have always just been too scared of wrecking the phone by doing that.

Mine was kinda stuck so someone told me to lick my thumb and roll the ball. It worked....

Yuck!

Just rinse the phone under some running water and about 10 seconds in the microwave to dry. :P

Dont try this at home.
