Does anyone know what to do if your trackball will not scroll up? I can maneuver the cursor left, right, and down, but not up. Help! I have reset the BB8130 several times and turned it off for a while.

First thing to try is push in on the trackball, and roll it around while pushed in. try a few times, and if still not working, try this if you want to:

Like Chaz said. The RIM recommended method is just suggested. Press firmly and roll the trackball in the direction it is not rolling.

Thank you both for your response. It worked. I have read through all of the other posts re: cleaning the trackball. I would probably tear it up! Thanks!
