I added an email account to my friend's 8220, and an hour later the screen went black. Phone gets power. The red light on the outside stays on for a few seconds after battery pull. The trackball light stays on and the keypad stays lit up. The phone hasn't been dropped or hit. Does anybody know what might have caused this? Would reinstalling the OS possibly fix it?
