You're stuck with 4.6 OS. GPS only works with BB Maps, not other apps. Screen is pretty small, which makes it rather awkward for internet browsing. No full qwerty keyboard, so you're limited to truetype or multitap. Other than that, it has all the capabilities of a Blackberry, in a nice little flip phone format. I've had a 8230 for a couple months now and I have not had any problems. It's a nice little phone. It all depends on what you want.
