Is there a way, using the keyboard , to switch from multi to sure type ??

there was on the old pearl but im not sure if the 8130 has a keyboard shortcut...

the only way I hAve found is to hit the menu button and select enable multitap...

the 8100 shortcut was press and hold the sym key but it seems to not work for the 8130

Berry hazey, while your in a message select the menu key (left of track ball) and select enable multitap. There's no short cut for the 8130. Once you enable it all of your msgs will be typed using this method.

Berry hazey, there's no short cut for the 8130, but while your in an email or text click your bb menu button (left of trackball) and select enable multitap. Hope this helps
