    That will keep the 8130 in numberic input mode? I enter a lot of numbers in my emails, and would like to eliminate the constant shift key usage.

    There is a key combo that should lock Numeric mode. On the Curve, its alt then left caps.

    On my 8100, if i hold the shift key (arrow aA) then press the alt key, it locks it in num lock mode.
