So earlier, my Flip was charging on top of my computer [my comp tower is on the floor, so it wasn't a LONG drop] and the battery popped out [backing of the phone is missing -.- im getting a replacement in shortly though]. So when i put the battery back in, and some error came up on the phone...I didn't exactly get to read it, because it started up shortly after.

Now, what happened was that my memory card took a crap and I couldn't access ANYTHING in my memory card NOR any of my MMS! My SMS are all there though. So I did a battery pull...ran a checkdisk for the SD and my pictures/music are alll back. My MMS, which is more important, aren't though.

Is there something i'm missing here? Is there any way to recover it?? My biggest headache is that I thought I did a backup of my phone two nights ago when I did an OS update. However, what had happen was that during the OS update, it backed up my phone...so me being dumb, I thought it saved the backup in my computer [unless perhaps it did?!].

But anyway...someone please help me out here! If i'm lucked out for recovering my MMS, then so be it...but if there's anything that can be done, please give me some encouragement...because I really would like to have those back lol. Thanks!

It did save a backup as a loader file dated the day of your OS update. Go to DM, select restore nd choose the loader file

Sweet! However...maybe i'm just tired or something but I don't know where it would have saved it...any leads on that? I'm doing a computer search for '.ipd' right now while i look through the computer.

Oh my bad, i just realized..i meant to say 'there's no backup file there'...it was super early in the morning and I wasn't paying attention to my typing, my apologies. However, I found the loaderbackup file! My computer was probably tripping out cause it was somewhere else...I did another search. Thanks for ya'll who helped!!! I greatly appreciate it =]
