No. You cannot unlock CDMA devices (VZW, Sprint, Alltel). You can, however, unlock GSM phones (Tmo, AT&T).
Actually, most CDMA are not "locked" to begin with. You can pretty much use most CDMA phones interchangagbly. The trick, though, is getting the right person to do it for you. CDMA ESN changes must be done through the carrier.
