    I searched for a solution to this on the forum, but came up with nothing.

    Yesterday, I upgraded my Pearl to a newer OS. My Pearl appeared to be having problems, so I downgraded back to the original OS. Now my Fave 5 display has disappeared. And the icon that allowed me to hide or display my Fave 5 is gone as well.

    What can I do to get my Fave 5's back?

    Dial 611 from your phone and say "BlackBerry". And tell them that you don't have the myfaves application and they will send it to you.

    I resent my service books and still no Fave 5 that works properly on the phone itself.
