I have the Datavault application on my desktop and on my pearl. Password is the same on both.

When I use the desktop manager (4.3) to sync, it connects to the device for a few seconds and then stops. There are no errors and there is no synchronization. Ascendo Money syncs fine. Anyone encounter this and have any suggestions?

Most likely the DataVault desktop app is waiting for your password and that window is hiding behind the others. I've had it happen a couple of times.
